Randy was elected Charles Town HBPA President (1990-1997), founded the Charles Town Race Track Chaplaincy (1998) and became CTHBPA President again in 2006. Randy has owned, bred or trained horses for thirty-five years.

Actively involved in all aspects for CTHBPA over 25 years. Pattie co-ordinates the programs & functions while keeping records as her treasurer responsibilities. She records complaints dealing with management procedures/rules. At times problems arise and she will assist in whatever is happening, interacting with the CTHBPA president and providing information to the board members for their resolution to a variety of issues.
